What does Rewarts cost?

The app is free — no subscription, no fee for collecting cashback. Rewarts is funded through partnerships with the shops. When you withdraw your balance, a small payout fee can apply depending on the payout method — it's always shown to you before you confirm.

How do I get my cashback paid out?

Your cashback collects as a balance in the app. Once a purchase is confirmed by the shop, you can withdraw your balance as real money.

Why does cashback sometimes take a while to confirm?

After your purchase, the shop reports the transaction back. Depending on the merchant and return periods, confirmation can take a few days to a few weeks — you can see the current status in the app at any time.
